The committee also reviewed and discussed the transfer policy for doctoral programs and the stacking credentials policy, with plans to finalize and add the latter to the Graduate Handbook. Reports were given from the Graduate Student Association (GSA) and Faculty Senate, covering topics such as guest speakers, constitution changes, transportation fee increases, campus and classroom safety, and faculty well-being.

The motion was passed and the items were approved. A motion was made to approve edits to section 3.1 D-E -- Graduate School Minimum Requirements in the Graduate School Handbook. The motion was passed and the item was approved. GSA is pushing the meeting with new students to early September due to allowing for students to take the appropriate time to quarantine.
