Other matters addressed included staff appreciation and upcoming fiscal year-end and audit preparations.

The committee discussed the requirement for sidewalk installation at Wistful Vista Plat 5, ultimately denying a request for a deadline extension due to pedestrian safety concerns and existing city ordinance thresholds. The committee reviewed various engineering and public services agenda items scheduled for an upcoming City Council meeting, including professional service agreements, infrastructure projects, and ordinance amendments. Additionally, staff provided updates on recruitment processes, and committee members raised concerns regarding program guidelines for the Stormwater Assistance Program and maintenance standards at Holiday Park.
