The board discussed and recommended authorizing the disbursement of the first of four milestone payments to Horizon Development Group, Inc. for the Iron Flats Project, in accordance with the previously executed Redevelopment Agreement. The payment is designated for the initial acquisition of the property, with further milestone payments anticipated based on construction progress.

The meeting includes a review of available funds and a new member election. Old business consists of the review and approval of expenditures for physical extra blood testing, patches, Mail Chimp subscriptions, LED station logo signs, emergency funds, tools for new engines, and the allocation of revolving funds. New business focuses on the evaluation of all outstanding requests.
