The 2025-2026 Workforce Education Program Audit serves as a continuous improvement mechanism for Big Bend Community College's workforce education programs. It addresses key areas including achievement gap identification and response, equitable learning practices, program improvement and innovation, industry alignment and stakeholder engagement, faculty recruitment and retention, technology and equipment evaluation, and assessment and impact. The audit aims to maintain equitable student outcomes, strengthen industry connections, and ensure robust support for all students, particularly through transitions and for diverse populations, with a focus on preparing them for management and leadership roles.
