The NCDHHS Strategic Plan serves as a roadmap for delivering essential services to the people of North Carolina by defining goals and priorities. Its primary objectives are to ensure alignment with evolving needs, support thoughtful decision-making, and provide a structure for evaluating progress. The plan is organized around five key strategic areas: Access to Care, Whole Person Well-Being, Sustainable Workforce, Organizational Excellence, and Transform and Modernize Health Care in North Carolina.
