The Magistrate approved requests for full waivers of accrued fines and administrative costs, noting that application fees adequately covered the county's administrative expenses and that properties had reached full compliance.

This document presents Seminole County's five-year Capital Improvement Program (CIP), serving as a strategic blueprint for resource allocation through the fiscal year ending September 30, 2030. The program aims to efficiently address service and facility needs by focusing on key infrastructure requirements. Its primary pillars include Drainage, General Government, Potable Water, Public Safety, Recreation and Open Space, Sanitary Sewer, Solid Waste, and Transportation. The plan is designed to ensure financial feasibility, maintain adopted levels of service, accommodate community growth, and uphold infrastructure integrity.

This Consolidated Plan serves as a strategic blueprint for Seminole County, outlining priorities, goals, and funding strategies for federal resources, including CDBG, HOME, and ESG. The plan aims to address housing and community development needs by focusing on five key priority areas: Affordable Housing, Public Services, Neighborhood Revitalization, Ending Homelessness, and Planning and Administration. Its ultimate goal is to improve housing affordability, support vulnerable populations, strengthen neighborhoods, and promote economic opportunities for low- and moderate-income residents.

The board discussed and approved an ordinance to establish a Municipal Services Benefit Unit (MSBU) for West Crystal Lake to provide funding for ongoing lake management services through a partnership with the city of Lake Mary. Additionally, the board heard a request for a special exception for LifePoint Christian Church to expand its existing facility by constructing a new sanctuary building to support their growing congregation, with the applicant clarifying that the expansion would not introduce a private school or increase weekday traffic intensity.

The meeting included several proclamations and resolutions. These included recognizing the May Veteran of the Month, declaring Memorial Day in the county, establishing National Travel and Tourism Week, and celebrating the Lake Mary High School cheerleading team for their state championship win.
