Regional District of Central Kootenay Rural Affairs Committee Meeting
The committee addressed various planning and building items, including building bylaw contraventions, development variance permits for properties in electoral areas B, F, and I, and a land use amendment bylaw for a community park. The committee also supported an application for a Rural Licensee Retail Store, discussed environmental development permit area enforcement, reviewed the planning services work plan, and initiated project charters for community planning in area D and the sub region west official community plan.
