The primary goal is to reduce chronic absenteeism by 30% districtwide by the end of the 2026-2027 school year. It outlines a shift from a reactive truancy process to a preventive attendance-success model through tiered interventions, family engagement, school climate improvements, and specific roles and responsibilities to achieve improved student attendance and educational outcomes.
