The "Tarleton Forward 2030" Strategic Plan serves as a bold blueprint to guide Tarleton State University over the next decade, aiming to become the premier comprehensive regional university in the nation. The plan is built upon a mission to transform generations through educational excellence, inspiring discovery, leadership, and inclusion. It focuses on five core goals: enhancing student opportunity and success, achieving academic distinction, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion, fostering research innovation and economic impact, and elevating institutional prominence. The plan emphasizes core values of excellence, integrity, and respect, and is designed to provide clear pathways for achieving these ambitious objectives.

The Honors College Collaboration Day featured presentations from alumni of the College of Agriculture and Natural Resources, aimed at strengthening the relationship between the Honors College and the College of Agriculture. The speakers shared insights into their career paths in agricultural extension services and finance, discussed the value and versatility of their degrees, and provided advice to current students on graduate school and professional development. The session also included discussions on student success, internship planning, and organizational outreach.
