Fillmore Middle School School Plan Goals
This document outlines the school plan goals for Fillmore Middle School, focusing on three core pillars: Academics, Social Emotional well-being, and Safety. Key academic initiatives include increasing rigor and expectations, implementing common formative assessment tracking, and reducing the percentage of students scoring at Level 1 on CAASPP in ELA and Math. The plan emphasizes enhancing social-emotional support through increased wellness services, curriculum, and universal expectations. Safety is addressed by maintaining a secure campus environment and conducting drills. Additionally, it aims to foster family engagement through quarterly parent/family nights.
