The strategic plan for Hudson Falls Central School District is designed to create opportunities for students to become confident lifelong learners and successful, engaged members of the community. The plan's core values, encapsulated as "Tiger Pride," focus on trust, respect, collaboration, communication, and a supportive community. Key strategic priorities include strengthening academic programs with systematic phonics and literacy instruction at the elementary level, enhancing project-based learning in middle schools, and ensuring high school curriculum aligns with graduation and civic readiness goals, while also prioritizing high standards and effective communication practices.

The Hudson Falls CSD Instructional Technology Plan serves as a roadmap to foster confident lifelong learners and successful community members by strategically integrating technology. The plan outlines three main goals: enhancing classroom environments with technology to support high-impact instructional strategies, developing an AI-compatible toolkit and a K-12 AI Fluency Framework to leverage artificial intelligence for improved student learning, and providing age-appropriate experiential learning opportunities for students.
