BoardMiami Community Facilities Authority Special Meeting
The meeting included a review of the financial report and approval of claims lists for both the 2025-2026 and 2026-2027 fiscal years. The Trustees discussed and approved the establishment of budget amendment authority for the Trust Manager. Several agreements were addressed, including a Memorandum of Understanding with the Miami Youth Football League, a Memorandum of Understanding with the Northeastern Oklahoma Soccer Association, and a video board operations contract with the NEO A&M College Jumbotron Team. Additionally, the board reviewed and considered a five-year scoreboard service agreement with Daktronics.
