The Pavement Assessment Study establishes a data-driven framework for a five-year paving plan focused on identifying and prioritizing roadway repairs for Warrington Township. Utilizing the Pavement Condition Index (PCI), the study assesses road conditions and recommends prioritizing repairs for the lowest-scored roads, as well as adjacent deficient roadways, to achieve favorable contract pricing. The current average condition of Warrington Roads is 87% based on PCI.
