Common Council Regular Meeting

The council meeting addressed several operational and administrative matters for the City of Oneonta. Key actions included the appointment of a new Fifth Ward Council Member, the adoption of a real property tax exemption for seriously disabled veterans, and the authorization of agreements for a revocable license for a parking area and a municipal cooperation agreement regarding the regional airport webpage. The council also authorized the purchase of thermal imaging cameras for the Fire Department and discussed a resolution regarding the lateral transfer of a firefighter.
