The Zoning Board of Appeals meetings included discussions and public hearings for various area variance requests. Topics covered constructing telecommunications facilities, parking space approvals, storage buildings, driveway entrances, shed installations, and handicapped ramps. Other discussions involved use variances for pre-existing apartments, extensions for photovoltaic solar systems, and parking waivers for commercial stores. The board also addressed concerns related to water runoff, property lines, and environmental issues.

The committee meetings included discussions and presentations from Olean Business Development, Community Development, and Genesis House. Topics covered included downtown business development, grant applications and awards, potential projects for DRI funding, and the services provided by Genesis House to the homeless. The committee also discussed the Allegheny River Canoe & Kayak Launch project and the sale of a city-owned property on West Sullivan Street.

The Common Council of the City of Olean convened multiple meetings, addressing various issues. Discussions and actions included the creation of a GASB 54 Fund Balance Policy, establishing standard workdays, extending a contract for technical services, and authorizing agreements for construction inspection services. The council also addressed trail improvements, budget matters, and downtown property improvements. Additional topics included parking regulations, recreation center upgrades, and the authorization of a farmers market. The council also discussed the Maple Street deeding to SolEpoxy, Inc, and home ownership assistance programs. They also covered airport capital improvement programs, and mosquito spraying services.

They also considered funding applications for the Walkable Olean Phase II Project and a Community Development Block Grant for a new hotel. Additional discussions covered the Section 3 Participation Plan, a Fund Balance Policy, and an extension for property rehabilitation on West Greene Street. The council also addressed mosquito spraying services, geothermal water well installation, and demolition of a property on North Eleventh Street. They established a Sidewalk Rebate Program, authorized the removal of lighting fixtures, and addressed the City of Olean Allegany River Wastewater Syphon Study.
