The commission reviewed a list of property violations and updated property statuses. Several applications for Certificates of Appropriateness were heard and acted upon, covering various home improvement projects including additions, window replacements, siding, gutters, roofing, fencing, and the construction of new sheds and garages. Specific project approvals were granted with various amendments regarding materials and historical accuracy, while some applications were continued to future hearings or had specific scopes withdrawn. The meeting concluded with the approval of previous meeting minutes and an adjournment.

The Commission reviewed and acted upon several property applications for architectural modifications. This included granting Certificates of Appropriateness for gutter replacements, shingle and window work, walkway installations, and exterior renovations. Several applications were continued to a future hearing, specifically regarding a hot tub installation, a driveway and wall project, and the installation of an A/C condenser, due to the need for further site evaluations or additional information.

The commission reviewed several applications for property repairs and modifications within the historic district. Certificates of Appropriateness were granted for roof, gutter, and siding repairs at 10 Hooper Street; roof replacements at 16 Beacon Street and 30 Franklin Street; and eave, soffit, and gutter repairs at 187 Washington Street. Additionally, the commission evaluated a proposal for a new three-car garage and addition at 133 Front Street, determining that the design was not appropriate for the district and scheduling a public hearing for the application.

The commission reviewed and granted Certificates of Appropriateness for several property applications, including a new exterior spiral staircase installation, replacement of shingles and gutters, landscaping plans, fence repairs, window replacements, and chimney restoration across various historic properties in the district.

The commission reviewed numerous property modification applications. Approvals for certificates of appropriateness were granted for a variety of projects, including window sash replacements, roof shingle and vent installations, door replacements, chimney construction, and parking area improvements across multiple local properties. One application for a residential addition was tabled for a future public hearing, and the commission addressed concerns regarding unauthorized site changes, specifically the removal of a stone wall, at 11 Glover Square.
