Salt Lake Community College Vision Matrix 2025-2027
This 18-month Vision Matrix plan, launched in January 2025, outlines the college's efforts to achieve three key goals by 2027: 50,000 annual enrollments, a 50% completion rate, and a $5,000 increase in median earnings for graduates. The plan is structured around six core strategies across three main pillars: Engage (to increase enrollment), Complete (to enhance timely certificate and degree completion), and Thrive (to increase students' return on investment and median earnings). These strategies include initiatives such as expanding concurrent enrollment, streamlining scheduling, strengthening foundational course completion, increasing academic and career advising, expanding work-based learning, and building stronger community partnerships.
