The meeting included presentations regarding the Packard Public Space project and potential developments on authority-owned property by Sawall Development and Watersview Investments Group. The commission reviewed bids for the Water Plant Reservoir Overflow Modifications project and discussed updates on the Raw Water Main rehabilitation.
