The Town Council discussed various administrative and community projects, including a proclamation for Robotics Day and the approval of the consent calendar, which covered disbursements, a solar project, and multiple infrastructure improvement contracts. The Council also reviewed and approved annual liquor license renewals, tabled a retail liquor license transfer application pending legal proceedings, and authorized a Conditional Use Permit for the construction of wireless communication light poles. Furthermore, the Council engaged in discussions regarding sign code regulations and accepted the Town Manager's report.

The council conducted a workshop session focusing on three main agenda items. First, they reviewed the Spectrum Franchise Agreement in light of service disruptions, receiving input from Charter Communications representatives regarding the dispute with Northwest Broadcasting. Second, the council discussed design alternatives for Jackson Street, including one-way and two-way options and complete street standards, ultimately voting to advance the complete streets design. Finally, the council discussed traffic and improvement concerns regarding Gregory Lane, though no formal action was taken on this item.

The Council held a special meeting to discuss the status of a retail liquor license held by The Mattheis Company, where they voted to initiate revocation proceedings in District Court. Additionally, the Council held a public hearing on a transfer of ownership application for the liquor license to Get Loose, LLC, deciding to table the application until the resolution of the revocation proceedings.

The retreat focused on organizational governance, including roles and responsibilities, mission, vision, and values. Financial discussions provided an overview of the budget, utility funds, and capital project updates. Strategic planning included setting short, mid, and long-term goals. Workshop discussions covered major issues such as public infrastructure projects, community master plans, municipal campground operations, food truck regulations, parking studies, and liaison assignments.

The Council convened in a special session to discuss personnel matters during an executive session. Additionally, the Council approved the Town Manager contract with Larry Pardee and authorized the mayor to execute the agreement.
