The Park Commission discussed several new and ongoing projects, including the America250 celebration events in Goshen and West Chester Borough, updates on the park camp out, and review of various May programs. Under old business, the status of the Miracle Field conversion project at Mill Creek was addressed, noting a shift in partnership focus. The Park and Recreation Director provided reports on ongoing activities such as yoga, Zumba, and senior programs, alongside upcoming summer camps and wheelchair basketball sessions. Maintenance and liaison reports were also presented.

The board reviewed reports from the police and fire departments regarding recent activities. The treasurer's report was presented and expenditures were authorized. The board voted to adopt an ordinance establishing the Zermatt Station Road Special Sewer District. Additionally, a presentation regarding communication services was received, the comprehensive plan process was discussed, and a representative was appointed to the Malvern Library Board.

The committee reviewed safety concerns regarding pipeline systems, specifically addressing natural gas valve station protections and the status of local emergency planning documents. They analyzed outcomes from recent planning sessions to identify potential collaboration with the Planning Commission on zoning issues related to data centers.
