The Phoenixville Regional Planning Committee (PRPC) Meeting 185 addressed municipal progress on implementing the PRPC PROS Plan element of the Regional Comprehensive Plan, focusing on open space protection, recreational needs assessment, partnerships with regional youth sports organizations, trail development, bike routes, and recreation requirements for developers. The committee considered a draft memorandum endorsing a multi-municipal implementation agreement for the Devault Rail Trail.
