The Board approved the WaterOne Audit Charter and Version 17.5 of the WaterOne Personnel Policy Manual. Intergovernmental agreements were approved with the City of Shawnee for water distribution main replacement and transmission main relocation, and with the City of Lenexa for water main relocation. A contract was awarded to Kissick Construction for the 30-inch Transmission Main Replacement project. Additionally, the Board approved a change order for the SCADA Data Business System Integration project and an addendum to an employment agreement.
