The FY 2024-25 total revenue is projected to be $122.5 million, reflecting a positive and stable financial outlook. The budget allocates resources to enhance law enforcement and emergency response capabilities, supports sustainable and balanced growth through strategic planning and economic development initiatives, and dedicates funds to employee retention, training, and development. The Capital Improvement Program (CIP) is projected at $33.8 million, focusing on essential infrastructure projects such as the Ranchero Road Corridor project. The City was awarded funding from State and Federal grant programs to enhance infrastructure, environmental conservation, and quality of life programs.

Also, consideration of Conditional Use Permit CUP16-00007, to construct a mini-mart including fuel islands, the sale of beer, wine, and liquor, an automated carwash, and a drive-thru restaurant.
