The meeting began with the call to order by the President, followed by a roll call of the board members. The agenda included the adoption of the agenda and the approval of minutes. The Board addressed community participation pursuant to A.R.S 38-431.01.G., setting time limits for public comments on issues within the Board's jurisdiction. New business for action involved the revision of special education policies and the proposed Calendar for Fiscal Year 2027. Informational items included a finance update with a forecast and a school update covering enrollment and other relevant school information. Future meeting dates were also noted, including budget review and adoption dates for FY27.

The charter school will be having a public hearing and board meeting to adopt its Fiscal Year 2026 Expenditure Budget.
