The board meeting will address general business and has reserved the right to move into an executive session to discuss confidential records or matters outlined in the agenda, as permitted by Arizona statutes regarding public inspection exemptions.

The meeting includes an agenda item for the finance team to present the revised budget for FY26 for board approval. Additionally, the meeting features an informational session focused on school enrollment and other operational updates.

The board meeting agenda included a proposal for board approval to pause monthly draws for Grow Schools, formerly known as charter school capital. Additionally, the session scheduled an informational finance update regarding forecasts and a school update covering enrollment and other operational information.

The meeting began with the call to order by the President, followed by a roll call of the board members. The agenda included the adoption of the agenda and the approval of minutes. The Board addressed community participation pursuant to A.R.S 38-431.01.G., setting time limits for public comments on issues within the Board's jurisdiction. New business for action involved the revision of special education policies and the proposed Calendar for Fiscal Year 2027. Informational items included a finance update with a forecast and a school update covering enrollment and other relevant school information. Future meeting dates were also noted, including budget review and adoption dates for FY27.

The charter school will be having a public hearing and board meeting to adopt its Fiscal Year 2026 Expenditure Budget.
