The Reframing Downtown Plan seeks to guide the future of the downtown area, focusing on street design, building types, and public improvements to foster a vibrant and attractive destination. The 1600 South Corridor Plan, spurred by a new I-15 interchange, intends to develop diverse neighborhoods with local amenities, offering a range of housing and commercial options to serve the community's needs.
