The Planning Commission discussed several development and land use requests. Approvals were granted for a conditional use request for a gas station and convenience store, as well as preliminary and final plats for residential subdivisions. The commission recommended rezoning requests and site plan approvals to the City Council. Additionally, a request for a design modification regarding exterior construction materials was discussed but failed due to a lack of motion.
