The Board of Trustees met to address several key governance and operational items. The meeting included the oath of office for a new board member and approvals for board policy regarding the Acting President role, a new three-year facilities plan, and remodeling projects for Antigo access roads and parking lots. Additionally, the Board reviewed personnel changes, considered affirmative action updates, discussed student enrollment trends and graduate outcomes, and received reports on college-wide initiatives including Industry 4.0 and educational programming.

The board meeting agenda focused on several key items, including a closed session hearing regarding faculty employment and non-renewal of contracts. The board passed a resolution awarding the sale of $12,000,000 in general obligation promissory notes. Additional actions included the approval of budget modifications across multiple funds, such as general, special revenue, capital projects, enterprise, and internal service funds. The board also provided tentative approval for the 2023-2024 budget summary and scheduled a public hearing. Furthermore, a proposal for a new Respiratory Therapy Associate Degree program was approved under the consent agenda.

The Board meeting included discussions on grant-funded sawmill equipment purchases, receipts and expenditures, personnel changes, and revisions to board policies regarding presidential expectations and student relationships. Other topics covered included NTC advisory committee updates, the President's report on student support and social media strategy, and information regarding future meetings and college initiatives.
