Infrastructure priorities include phased improvements to sewer and water systems, resilience and electricity infrastructure, harbor and navigation enhancements, highway maintenance, and building renovations. Financial goals involve minimizing budget growth, facilitating school enrollment studies, and securing financial support. Community initiatives encompass professional training for committees, beautification projects, digitization of town records, consistent signage, exploration of short-term rental bylaws, website improvements, and updates to town policies.

The meeting focused on a timeline review ahead of a Special Town Meeting scheduled for November 17, 2025, including the creation of a Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) Bylaw Development Committee. Discussions covered the progress on the MS4 Bylaw, with a review by an expert, Bernadette Taber. The committee's proposed makeup includes members from the Planning Board, Select Board, Town Planner, and Town Engineer, along with a consultant.

The meeting agenda includes approval of minutes from December 5, 2024 (regular, executive session, and budget subcommittee meetings); consent agenda items; pending agenda items; general items such as approval of a fundraiser, donations, and grants; new business including policy review, curriculum matters, business reports (financial, warrants, food service, facilities, and budget transfers), and personnel matters; a special report; unfinished business; chairperson's report; central office administrators' report; principal's report; school committee reports from various subcommittees; school committee reorganization; school committee goals; future business including timelines and future agenda items; open comments; information items; and an executive session.

The Board of Assessors meeting will cover various topics including the appointment of Arnie Johnson, sign abatement applications, bills, betterment payoff, commitments, the Hermitage Road property, budget review, the associate assessors report, sign correspondence, general business, and an executive session to discuss abatements and exemptions.
