The committee reviewed and approved a field trip for John Diefenbaker Senior School and received presentations on the Math Achievement Action Plan, the Student Achievement Plan, Indigenous Education initiatives, and Bill 101. Additionally, the committee received reports from the Special Education Advisory Committee, the Parent Involvement Committee, and the Policy Standing Committee. A significant portion of the meeting was dedicated to approving nine revised board policies covering naming of facilities, investment, transportation, purchasing, student senate, environmental sustainability, outdoor education, community education, and prior learning assessment.
