The plan focuses on five key areas: Academics/Programs (increasing academic and social-emotional growth through curriculum updates and an aligned K-12 SEL program); Operations (ensuring well-maintained and safe facilities through a prioritized facility needs plan); Communications & Community Engagement (increasing family and community involvement through effective communication and engagement opportunities); Learning Environment & Culture (maintaining a safe, inclusive, and responsive learning environment through proactive safety planning and professional development); and Personnel & Leadership (retaining and developing high-quality staff through a culture of support and a K-12 staff mentoring and coaching program).

The board meeting covered various topics including committee reports, student/staff spotlights, approval of bills, personnel matters (resignations and new hires), and the approval of resolutions for the upcoming election and administrative contracts. The superintendent's report included discussions on district finances, enrollment growth, upcoming administrator meetings, and the strategic plan. Building principals also presented administrative reports. Finally, correspondence was addressed, successes were celebrated, and future meeting schedules were reviewed.
