The 2020-2025 Strategic Plan for Lurleen B. Wallace Community College (LBW) aims to fulfill its mission of providing high-quality education, training, and cultural enrichment. Outcomes are expected to better serve the community and meet the changing needs of stakeholders, strengthening communities and helping students meet their educational goals.

The 2014-2019 Strategic Plan for Lurleen B. Wallace Community College focuses on eight key goals: developing a culture of performance excellence, utilizing strategic resource management, maintaining and updating college facilities, expanding external funding, partnering with educational, governmental, and business institutions, providing quality instruction, empowering students to succeed, and communicating information about the college's programs and services.
