Stormwater management included prioritizing maintenance for 44 ponds and noting significant escalation in chemical costs (300% to 500% since 2020).

The meeting included a public hearing regarding LURC 2026-6, which involved a rezoning request from R-T to MU-2 for the property located at 8320 Park Street. Following the summary of the staff report and input from the applicant and members of the public, the Commission voted to approve the rezoning request with no stated conditions.
