BoardWestern Buckeye Educational Service Center Governing Board Regular Meeting
The board accepted the agenda and approved financial reports including expenditures and a liability insurance policy. Personnel actions included the resignation of several paraprofessionals, teachers, and coordinators, as well as the suspension of three administrative contracts due to reorganization. Several service agreements and MOUs were approved for the upcoming school year, including the Northwest Ohio Virtual Academy, AI consulting, and computer services. Additionally, the board approved an updated substitute list, recognized staff during an appreciation discussion, conducted an executive session to discuss employment and compensation, and appointed numerous staff members to various positions.
