BoardCity Planning Commission Regular Meeting
The commission discussed utility capacity allocation policy and infrastructure PER updates. An update on the MLUPA Land Use Plan was presented, including a schedule of progress with upcoming workshops and public hearings. The Planning Commission will need to be flexible since the timing is tight. Discussions also covered zoning and subdivision regulations, the progress of PER for water and sewer infrastructure, and the RFP for a Land Use Consultant. An update on the 2025 State Legislative Changes was provided, along with a demonstration of the City website.
