The board acknowledged the report's detail while discussing concerns regarding potential hardships for new business applicants in the historic district. Members elected to postpone further deliberation and commentary until a future meeting to allow for a more thorough review of the summary report.

Additionally, reports were reviewed concerning building department, code enforcement, and various financial matters including bills payable and payroll.
