The meeting included discussions on the New Town Hall project design, the potential addition of a Protective Services Administrative Assistant to the organizational structure, and the membership process for the Mackenzie Municipal Services Agency. Further, the committee reviewed the current format for quarterly departmental reports, received an update on the Northern and Regional Economic Development (NRED) grant application, and discussed the status of the Rural Renewal Stream Program. Additional topics included preparations for an upcoming visit from Alberta Municipalities representatives and the review of departmental quarterly reports, including Corporate Services.
