This initial Distribution Plan for the Talbot County Community Reinvestment and Repair Fund outlines the allocation of adult-use cannabis tax revenue to community-based initiatives in disproportionately impacted and low-income areas. It focuses on addressing the consequences of justice-system involvement and proposes three initial priority areas: Economic Stability and Mobility, Housing Stability, and Child Development and Educational Opportunity.
