Board of Health Board of Health Meeting
The meeting focused on a variance request from a body art practitioner regarding plumbing requirements for a new business location. The Board discussed the current lack of a required hand sink and service sink in the unit. The approved interim solution involves the practitioner utilizing a neighboring business's sink for cleaning purposes, supported by a formal contract, and modifying an existing unit sink by removing a door. The Board also established a two-month timeline for the installation of a permanent sink, with a requirement for a one-month check-in to monitor progress.
