The board adopted a resolution approving four revised personnel policies concerning holiday, leave sharing, vacation, and workplace investigations. Additionally, the board approved intergovernmental agreements for the cooperative management of sanitary sewer and stormwater systems with the cities of Forest Grove and Tualatin.
