A public hearing was held and a request by Daniel Mendez for a Specific Use Permit (SUP-16-03) was considered to allow a DF-2 Duplex - Family Development Type on a parcel at 823 North Commerce Street, as the property did not meet minimum lot width requirements for a DF-1 type. Staff recommended approval, and the Commission subsequently approved the requested DF-2 residential development type. Discussion also occurred regarding the next meeting agenda on April 13, 2016, where several cases are scheduled for decision.
