The Board organized leadership positions and received updates from academic, student, and institutional advancement affairs regarding curriculum changes, employee service awards, graduation schedules, student award ceremonies, and the foundation scholarship budget. Financial reports and property resale items were approved. The President provided legislative and construction updates, including progress on the Aquatic Center and the Dome. The Board approved several construction projects, including electrical upgrades at the Baker Center, drain line replacement at Stroud Hall, parking lot repairs at the Lubbock CTC and Downtown Center, and counter replacements for the Plainview Cosmetology department.
