This Clean Electricity Strategy outlines the Government of Canada's comprehensive roadmap to achieve a net-zero emissions economy by 2050. It focuses on three key areas: growing the electricity grid and managing demand, providing policy certainty and streamlining processes, and fostering collaboration on tailored regional approaches. The strategy aims to ensure clean, reliable, and affordable electricity, drive economic growth, enhance national competitiveness, attract investments, and create skilled jobs across Canada.

This strategic plan, titled 'Future Unbuilt,' developed by the Business Council of Alberta's Task Force on Major Project Development and Regulatory Excellence, outlines a vision for transforming Canada's regulatory systems.
