The Board considered a variance application regarding the maximum height for a resident detached dwelling at 8409 Read Alley, which was approved after determining it caused undue hardship due to site characteristics. The meeting also addressed the nomination and selection of the Board Chair for the upcoming term, resulting in the appointment of a new Chair and an acting chair. Additionally, the Board recognized an outgoing member for their contributions.
