Its vision is to enhance the quality of life for residents by supporting active lifestyles, strengthening community bonds, and providing access to nature.

The council discussed the status of a town center project and potential solutions regarding the annexation of Watson Lane. A motion was passed to approve the consent calendar, with one council member abstaining from the Napa River Ecology Center project item due to a conflict of interest. The council also adopted the fiscal year 2026-2027 salary schedule and classification plan update.
