The U.S. Coast Guard is soliciting commercial services to provide consulting and historical knowledge transfer concerning its risk-based seakeeping methodologies, HSMS fleet data-processing models, and Air-Ship Integration and AVCERT processes. The scope includes seakeeping and structural-load consulting, HSMS analysis, Air-Ship Integration and AVCERT consulting, and technical summary documentation. The procurement is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside under a combined synopsis/solicitation.
