The 2025-2030 Strategic Plan for Urbana School District 116 aims to guide the district's mission to equip and nurture all learners for success and prepare students for the future. The plan also incorporates a 'Portrait of a Graduate' which defines six essential competencies: critical thinking, communication, adaptability, perseverance, self-management, and social awareness, with a core emphasis on equity.
