The Student Experience pillar aims to increase enrollment, improve attendance through targeted interventions, implement a comprehensive Social-Emotional Learning program, and foster engagement in extracurricular activities. Operations focuses on managing capital projects, exploring sustainable energy solutions such as a solar farm, strengthening district branding, improving facility care, and addressing transportation needs through an electric bus feasibility study and driver recruitment.

The 2022-2025 Instructional Technology Plan for Harpursville Central School District focuses on three main goals: developing technological skills in productivity, self-directed learning, and creative problem-solving; immersing digital citizenship into the school culture; and implementing the NYS Computer Science & Digital Fluency Standards. The plan builds upon previous work by including broader stakeholder input and addressing the increased technology use during the COVID-19 pandemic. The board meeting included tenure appointments for Pamela Horton and Kara Webster, a presentation on Broome County real property tax services, and an executive session to discuss CSE/CPSE recommendations, personnel matters, collective negotiations, and litigation.
