Financial and enrollment reports were presented, detailing current student numbers, attendance, and chronic absenteeism. Action items included the approval of updates to the Family Handbook and the review and approval of the Second Interim Budget as required by the Education Code.

The board discussed facilities updates regarding septic engineering design and HVAC maintenance, a charter update involving mission and vision statements, and staffing requirements for various roles. Additionally, the meeting covered an enrollment report, LCAP funding survey results, and LCAP planning discussions. Action items included the review and approval of an independent audit, corrective actions from audit findings, middle school curriculum adoption, and an updated salary schedule.
