City Commission Work Session Minutes
The commission reviewed an assessment of underutilized mini parks to determine the feasibility of monetization, transfer, or repurposing, reaching a consensus that selling parks should be a last resort. Preferred alternatives discussed included corporate sponsorship, neighbor maintenance agreements, or transfer to a land trust.
